Two years after the national brokerage firm Howard Hanna entered the Long Island housing market, the company is expanding into Manhattan. Pittsburgh-based Howard Hanna Real Estate Services has acquired Elegran Real Estate, a one-office brokerage firm at 1407 Broadway.
